The logo in its simplest form is a music note. It’s two constituent parts are a little nod to the most common media buttons often associated with making music – ‘Record’ and ‘Play’.

Information
A Song For You is a personalised music service offering bespoke song writing and tracking. It’s for you, for her, for them, for someone close, for someone far. It’s for those special moments and occasions that pop up every now and then, from personal Mother’s Day wishes to outlandish wedding speeches.
I was tasked with imagining an identity and website to bring the vision to life. I wanted to embrace the creativity of the personalities behind the musical talent. This was achieved by incorporating a playful, animated typographic style and a suite of ownable illustrative icons.
The scratchy graphic marks hint at the process of penning lyrics, from crossing out mistakes, to circling the best bits.
