Simula is a boutique CGI studio focussed exclusively on property and place. 

The name refers to the idea of emulating the vision of a space digitally. Aside from the physical properties, Simula is about replicating feelings, environments, and ideas before they even exist in the real world. 

The identity is formed of a series of architectural patterns, simulating the crossover from digital to physical.
